SPLICE is an innovative course run by ONTrac at Peter Mac and the CAE, designed to allow young people with a cancer diagnosis the opportunity to develop visual art skills. Learning about painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, film, exhibition and the media arts, with a focus on peer connection, we aim to prepare young people with a cancer diagnosis for higher education and further career options...

Since 2011, the annual SPLICE art program has culminated in an annual exhibition showcasing all the artistic creations produced by young people enrolled in the class. Whilst 2020 has proved to be challenging in many ways, in true SPLICE spirit, we have been inspired to think creatively and we think we've come up with a cracking alternative...
